Storey Creek
Located in Campbell River just 15 minutes north of the The Westerly Hotel & Convention Centre, Storey Creek Golf Club is internationally renowned for its stunningly picturesque and challenging, yet playable, Les Furber designed golf course, located on the east-central coastline of Vancouver Island. Widely publicized as ‘a Course in Nature’, golfers can expect to experience an abundance of natural beauty and tranquility amidst the old growth and second growth forest that is the Storey Creek Golf Club, resulting in a very unique golfing experience in nature's back-yard. Wildlife compliments this extraordinary environment with regular sightings of deer, hawks and eagles alongside magnificent beaver ponds and streams filled with salmon, trout and water fowl. Glacier Greens
Just 15 minutes from The Westerly Hotel & Convention Centre, Glacier Greens offers 18 holes of year-round championship golf, excellent facilities including a covered range with grass tees as well as a full-service pro shop. This beautifully manicured 18 hole Championship course is open year round and the public is always welcome.
Sequoia Springs
Located 20 minutes north in Campbell River, Sequoias Springs offers a beautiful manicured fairway surrounded by thousands of mature sequoias trees. Golfers will experience a walk in the park feeling surrounded with many beautiful gardens.
Sunnydale
Located a 10 min drive from The Westerly Hotel & Convention Centre, the Sunnydale Golf & Country Club is a fun local golf course for all to enjoy. This course offers majestic scenery that can only be found on Vancouver Island and offers a moderate challenge for all skill levels of players.
Morningstar
Located in Parkville, Morningstar is the perfect outing 45 minute en-route drive from The Westerly Hotel. Morningstar Golf Club combines mesmerizing views that provide challenges and variety for golfers of all abilities. Golfers will encounter undulations on several fairways and can anticipate well placed bunkers throughout the course. As well Morningstar Golf Club's superbly conditioned greens are just as sensational, promising a true roll. Morningstar is a course that golfers will love round after round.
Fairwinds
The 18 - hole Golf Course hidden in the heart of Fairwinds is intended to challenge players and often referred to as a “thinking golfers” course. Designed by course architect Les Furber, low handicappers will be consistently tested by the Les Furber greens, while the avid golfer may discover unimagined birdie opportunities. The 71 par course allows you to play on lush, manicured fairways year-round.
