THE TOURS A distinguished chef and educator, Gaëtane Palardy will guide your group. Her knowledge of fine food, delight in conversation and passion for teaching make her an engaging guide. Together you will explore the Comox Valley and meet a few of our artisan food producers, wine makers or brew masters and see them in action. The tour may include an artisan pasta studio, a brewery, a seafood processing plant, a new fruit winery, a chocolatier or traditional bakery. A gourmet buffet picnic showcasing some of the best food produced in the region will be provided. This culinary tour is designed to help you experience the Comox Valley in all its splendour and its flavour!
Island Gourmet Trails offers exciting, delicious day tours within the Comox Valley. This culinary adventure is planned to cover different trails throughout the Valley, and is available from late spring to early fall.

APPETIZER TOUR (Half Day) $139 per person, double occupancy
This popular summer tour begins with the well loved Saturday morning Farmer’s Market. Guests will enjoy a market fresh breakfast – coffee and a crepe or pastry – as they stroll through the market to meet vendors and shop their wares. Next the group will visit a local vineyard for wine tasting at a local vineyard and then a blueberry farm.
ENTRÉE TOUR (3/4 Day) $185 per person, double occupancy
This tour includes a gourmet picnic and visits several of the Valley’s best culinary producers. Your tour guide will custom plan a day showing you the best our region has to offer based on the needs and interests of the group.
THREE COURSE TOUR (Full Day and Evening) $235 per person, double occupancy
This tour is sure to delight anyone with a love affair with local food! Your day will be spent exploring a number of artisan food producers, farms and vineyards, and includes a delicious gourmet picnic of regional seasonal food specialties. Full-day tours may also include a cooking class. This spectacular day ends with a three course meal and wine pairing
