The Flying Canoe West Coast Pub serves up great Pub food, great drinks and a casual fun atmosphere. Our Executive Chef, Christopher Thrift, has created a menu focusing on classic pub fare with the addition of authentic Forno fired pizzas made right in-front of your eyes. Flying Canoe West Coast Pub is open daily for lunch and dinner and features live local entertainment every Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as karaoke on Sunday evenings.
Our culinary team has put a personal touch on traditional pub favourites with an emphasis on staying local and using only the freshest of ingredients. Chef Thrift is looking forward to sharing his love for food and “from scratch” philosophy of cooking with the local community. From our simplest of menu items such as the Margherita pizza, to our Macadamia Crusted Halibut Sandwich, there is sure to be something to please every palate! The pub boasts a great selection of local and international brews on tap and an extensive wine list and specialty beer and cocktail menu.
