Sometimes it's hard to remember just exactly to whom one should be grateful when an event comes together perfectly, and without a single sour note or defect. The reception ballroom was transformed into an absolutely perfect and fantastic wedding reception facility. I'm so impressed with the outcomes that I forgot that the room and furniture came from you! LOL. On top of that the food service was spot on! and everyone complimented us on the quality of the food and beverage service as well. Your staff was almost invisible, except when someone needed something or it was time for something to be done.
Also, thank you for recommending the wedding planner - she made the wedding reception a thing of beauty and the wedding most magical. Everything from the flowers at the church, to the girls flowers, table decorations, wall treatment, ceiling lights, back drop. She was magical, and you recommended her to Taai. Thanks for that as well.

As for comments regarding the wedding reception, Cheryl and I were very happy with absolutely everything. In addition, many of our guests made a point of complimenting your facility, food and service, especially the cooperative, positive attitude of the staff. All members of our family, and of the bridal party, who were involved in 'running' the reception, were impressed by how much your staff went out of their way to be cheerfully accommodating. I had dealings with a number of your people that evening and was similarly impressed. Even more to the point, there were no screw ups, things went exactly as planned as far as we could tell, and the bride and groom were very, very well pleased. I was particularly impressed with Dana, she was cheerful, professional and always available. I feel that her competence and presence during the event were instrumental in the success and quality of the reception. It is my request that you pass along the appreciation and thanks of Cheryl and I, my son (the MC) and of Joanna and Dave to Dana and to all of the staff involved that evening.
Furthermore, Cheryl and I want to thank you personally for your excellent assistance, solid professionalism, and cheerful support from initial planning to completion. We are happy that good fortune put you in place to be the one we dealt with for this (for us) novel, complex and perhaps somewhat stressful event.

“I run an annual golf tourney for the past 16 years and have used this hotel for 4 of them, but this is the first as a 'Best Western' and first time in the new addition. First of all, the perameters - 16 men aged 50 +, away from their lovely pampering wifes for a long weekend. If there is an issue to complain about, I gotta believe these guys would find it, particularly when we all golfed like we did.
We spent 3 nights in the 'new wing' with terrific, secure accomodations, very service oriented staff, great beds and numerous offerings to make our weekend even better. By the second and third nights, my guys can be more like the two ol' guys from the muppets than vacationers, but to a man, they all said this was the best hospitality value we've had in 16 years. Very central for those planning a golf weekend into the North Island golf trail.
Complimentary breakfast value was excellent!
